The ending: he found out she's a succubus and she's living there as part of deal to protect the village, as well as healing people in exchange for sex. But her pheromone is too strong for children, so only adults can meet her and they're asked to keep her secret. The boy (who just reached adulthood, thus can meet her) thought he hits the gold and can have sex with her everyday, only for her pass him the (really long) waiting list (got name of all the men in the village, including his dad).
