But seriously girl,if your weight already exceed my weight (which is 68 kg),you should start a diet,cause the more fat you gain,the less activities you can do without getting exhausted,this will also lead to a very less movement lifestyle that's more bad than good,so if you somehow exceed 65 kg while not being above 170 cm in height, start a diet,change your lifestyle,2 km a day is enough as long as you're moving not just sitting around everyday
