From what I've seen from the author's pixiv, there is a missing page between pg 2-3. But it doesn't explain the story more than it currently does. My guess is that the aunt was some clergy of sorts of a religion group and have spiritual powers. First page was aunt talking to other people during a gathering at "church". Page 2 was trying to say that they actually live very far away from the church (like probably hours long road trip) thus they would stay in a hotel and return home the next day after every gathering. Despite the far trip and time it takes the newphew actually accompanies the aunt, so they thought he was a good kid/boy. I don't know if there's some missing pages for this or what, but the (meager) plot of this, is that the aunt is an exorcist and wanted to have a nice night but the ghost showed up and the ghost ended up watching them fuck all night long while being unknowingly and slowly captured inside the ritual pot, hence why the aunt kept looking at her, the last panel is I think after the ghost got captured and the nephew wanted another good night with the aunt. I don't know if this helps, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me
