Also the truck through which she was taken back was found and it had her DNA and evidence of repeated rapes during the jorney. Moral of the story, flee to different country and maintain no contact.

I'd highly doubt that, sure there is a possibility but really it's only a slight chance that, that actually happened since I think doujin artist don't go out often but hey what do I know? 🤷‍♀️.

Another possibility is that the author moved from one of said villages and this book is them writing about a situation that either roughly occured in their hometown or that they dreamed of. Either way, although this in of itself ain't my kinda shit the aet is divine and the setting is fking depressing when you take into account context. Oh and @H_Historian, that's just realistic writing. Though the situation is really offputting for me, I'll give this a 10/10 for art alone.
