@Keepitquiet Readers today have grossly oversimplified what NTR is to the point that a girl getting dicked by anyone other than the MC is NTR, regardless the reason and without consideration of her mindset prior to the incident. And to be frank, I think the genre is watered down because of that loss of identity, well, that and too many mangaka tried their hands at it for some easy money, generating subpar results. NTR is all about crushing the readers' heart by attacking their stand-in's waifu, corrupting her heart until she loses the romantic feelings towards the MC. It's by no means an easy thing to plan and write.

I find that the problem in labeling this as either netorare or netori is that it doesn't feel like none of the two, at the end it just cheating. The main character is the one doing the cheating, and the tan girl, which is the "fmc", doesnt have a boyfriend or is in any relationship, and the main problem is, the girlfriend doesn't feel like an important charater at all, so, you really dont feel like its netorare at all. Of course its more close to netori, since the fmc is stealing the mc from his girlfriend, but it still feels very weak.
