I just have to clarify, peirced nipples take 6 months to heal and they actually decrease the sensitivity. More than likely he would feel pain from them not being properly and fully healed, he is a masochist so that's fine for him, I'm just saying so that ppl don't think nipple piercings are the way to go for increased sensitivity. And they take take a lot of consistent care after they're healed too.
