Basically, the mother (who is not Shin's real mother) wants to outsmart the cult and regain control over it (she was previously one of its top members) using the mayor. But actually she is the one being tricked and she ends up being captured. We also get a story of how the cult came into being and why she was posing as Shin's mother. Back in the present, Shin and Hiromi organize a big orgy, during which they successfully break the fake mother and turn her into a sex slave. The story ends with Shin ruling over the cult, living with Hiromi and Mihoyo as his two main waifus and keeping the fake mother and sister as pets.
