There’s not much in plot, I think. Volume 2 only mentioned a little about decline of magic power in the world and how elves act as reservoir. 3 is about the village making deal of selling out Silva to be the Wizard’s traveling companion and him helping the elves future. Volume 4 revealed elves need strong magic power to become pregnant, and they don’t even have male elves in their village anymore. It also revealed the Orb are gift from ancient Human King as symbol of friendship to the elf tribes, but elves themselves can’t use its power and it’s mostly forgotten. The Chief ordered Wizard and Silva to go on quest to retrieve them. The tentacle magic are from the orb, but the Wizard also hasn’t reveal much about it either, but he seems to be the Chosen One as he can use the Orb’s power.

Still think the Wizard is tsundere. Yes, he often got annoyed because Silva is rather stupid and he treats her roughly. But if she got into trouble, he’d come to drag her out.

p003, can hear the Chieftain say it in old RPG voice and music when the city name is written with those pixelated font. XD | Silva went alone because the Wizard still got to fuck more girls in the village. She landed in the city, broke, and got to work in casino. She’s quite enjoying the look from people though. Then, she found the orb, but it cost a lot. A shady guy asks her to do a bet and he will buy the orb for her. Out of pity for her losing streak, he offered her to try his potion (recovery potion with aphrodisiac effect) since his party member refuse. Wizard came, sensing the tattoo reacting, and Silva pushed him down. They have public sex after the crowd called him to man up and get back on her. The orb is a fake though. At the end, there’s a new elf, she also seems to be gathering the orbs and will be watching those two.
