So it means there is a guy named Kxxxxx in reality who is the model of Satou when the author draws this manga. While the disclaimer on P388 is really a very standard one which you can find on 99.9%, if not all, commercial books, games, etc. (i.e. this is a commercial manga instead of a doujin fyi) I guess it is enforced by the law or a common practice to have the disclaimer. Another little clue on P386 at the bottom, it writes "End of <I can't sing love songs>" already. So P387 does not belong to the story itself. Therefore I guess with P387 we can really conclude that the story is somehow real...

Although the leftmost sentence on P388 is still a standard disclaimer stating this is fiction and any organizations and people depicted have nothing to do with the reality.

I am not good at English writing, some plots and conversations are oversimplified but I hope you can at least have a sense of what the story is about. I love it very much because it is a harem NTR instead of just one heroine.

(P339 - 351) And Satou also told Suzuki about his overnight party with everyone on Friday night. On Friday Suzuki of course is in a bad mood and then he sees Rin is going out. P381, Jun: "Sakura, i am sorry to say it now but please forgive me for ruining your date with Suzuki", "Its okay, anyways" Then the end of the story.

(7/8) Then Suzuki starts to notice the 3 girls are leaving him and going for Satou with different clues such as 1. that two girls of same club as iinchou's conversation: "We had watermelon at Satou's home, yes, with iinchou" (P324 - 327), 2. intimate photo of Sakura and Satou (P328 - 330), 3. little sister (Rin)'s conversation: "I thought Miki must love you but I just saw her with another boy called Satou. He is such a handsome guy!" (331 - 334) On P334 Satou also try to have his hand on Rin by saying like "Oh you love sweets? So do I! Could you recommend some desert restaurants to me? Let's have each other's phone number!" P335, Satou is talking to Miki: "Let's have overnight party on next Friday", "can we?", "yea, i am inviting everyone, what do you think?", "Sure!! let's do that!", P336, Satou: "Ah btw, maybe one more person", "one more person? who is that?", P337 Rin receives a text message from Satou and accepts Satou's invitation.

So here it means Jun studied at the same second school with Suzuki and the same third school with Satou, but Satou transferred from third school A to third school B.) The other day, back at school, Satou finds Sakura who is still feeling pessimistic. Satou starts to do his work by "Oh how dumb is Suzuki, leaving such a kawaii girl like you alone" "I guess so, he must not love me" Blablablabla "Let's go to my home!" (P192, said by Satou) And then there are the sex scenes. But the next Sunday when Suzuki dates Sakura at the game center is the turning point of everything. (From P138 on) At the game center Suzuki and Sakura meet another girl (Jun) who is good at gaming. (who disrupted their date). And it turns out Suzuki and Jun know each other because they studied at the same school. This made Sakura feel inferior to Jun and eventually left with girlish emotions. After she left Jun started to ask about Satou (P168), "How is Satou-kun doing these days?" and Suzuki is so surprised that she knows Satou. Jun also mentioned that Satou has been very good at girls and she was not even his girlfriend but just a sex friend. Then she suddenly receives a call and has to leave. "Where are you going?", "I am going to Satou-kun's place" (P175)

(1/8) basically the story is mc (Suzuki) has good relationship with 3 girls black ponytail: is always called iinchou (meaning class representative) so dont know her name blonde long hair: Miki and is mc's osananajimi short hair: Sakura all of them actually love Suzuki. but you know in an ntr story mc is usually coward when it comes to love the blonde guy (Satou) is a transfer student. on the first day when Satou come to the school, iinchou is assigned to show him around the campus, but she is not good at social-ing with people, so Suzuki helps her but it turns out to be Suzuki showing Satou all his good girl friends (ofc Suzuki does not mean to do that) Satou: "hah, you are surrounded by many lovely girls" (P50) Suzuki: "So what are you gonna say!?" Satou: "I want to create my harem" (P51, 52) This declaration is also the scene which Suzuki always recalls throughout this manga.

Its rare to have such a long NTR story so I guess its worth sharing what the hell is happening to you guys who cannot read Japanese. It's gonna be long so i am splitting it down into multiple comments. Enjoy!

well, mc basically just couldn't choose one girl between them (and probably didn't have balls to initiate anything) and the three main girls were obviously in love with him, but blondie stole them from him and made his own harem, though don't know what is the context behind other girls
