I think there would be some NTR after all, but setup would be long. Amuro already being corrupted little by little by Suma, I think it's a clear Chekhov gun left by author, also in the line with NTR tropes. Possible scenario is where studio offers her AV, she disagree at first but after catches Suma "cheating" (don't think he would cheat on her, this girl already approached him in one of the past chapters but he clearly declined her, plus he have a painful event in the past clearly involved cheating) and Amuro after that could possibly impulsively cheat by doing AV. And why NTR is possible overall - without it story doesn't have any sense in terms of "theme" or "moral". Like, what the purpose of all this NTR-bait in the end?
