Not all story need to be the type that gives excuse for readers to call the girl slut. The conflicts in this one-shot already got things that can be interesting on its own. For example, the story of how they started their relationship (especially with that hinted self-harm attempt) and how it goes. For darker end, I'd rather take the turn where their relationship got found out, or she got pregnant in the end, and they need to decide on how to move on. More fresh than having her do sex with other guy. Alas, the group seems to just do one-shot.

Although you said there's no ntr, but her seeking increasing thrill every time, she'll eventually goes for the thrill of ntr and group sex.

@Shin609 : Not exactly. It's probably just her seeking that thrill of wanting to destroy her own life. Matoi always act as a "good girl", and the knife in p14 could imply she even thought of suicide because of the stress. Tatsuki said it's his fault, so it's probably him who suggested her to be "bad girl" to let out those stress. Start from small naughtiness like staying up late or sneaking out of home, but as a teenage girl, she quickly discovered the pleasure of sex and can't have a day without a sex to calm down. And she also often ask to not use condom, so he's secretly feeding her pill to manage the risk. The last part is her talking about risk of pregnancy in fertile period, so she might know already, and want to see how far they can push their luck before their life is ruined. Would definitely want a longer story. The drama is interesting and the sex is not just fluff, without needing NTR.
