@Awoken There are some inconsistencies. First i believed the girl to be real. She just pretends to be the character she's cosplaying like some cosplayers do. If it was the mc's rape fantasy hallucination he probably wouldn't imagine her to almost escape. The policemen's reaction also seemed real, but maybe that was just his mind's exaggeration. However, there's way more convincing evidence for the girl being just a hallucination. Firstly, the way she acted seems too much in mc's favor. It's hard to imagine a rape victim touch the rapist's dick without any threat, or to LET HIM FUCK YOU WHILE HE BLEEDS OUT. Secondly, the last panel is the most reliable one because the mc is dead, so all the illusions must be gone since it cannot be his perspective. According to page 88, the girl is probably real, is just she is just some random lookalike, not Ichigo. Which further implied most of their conversation is either base on misconception, or they only happen in his brain. The girl is just probably someone in that age that doesn't understand the concept of stranger danger very well. As for where the girl go...well, probably the hospital for obvious reasons, since those two on page 90 seems to be cops...or highschoolers in the Imperial Era, but I don't think anime exist back then.
