Maybe you can read it after page 85 but I think it can fit on the timeline. Then you could also read #416857 right before page 114 because it happens during his Janitor work in the timeline, just because of the explanation asterisk that this happened before the arrest. I'd like to think the arrest is caused by both parking the suspicious see-through glass van AND the things he did while being janitor.
