So i'm going to take a guess at what going on. Someone is going around r@ping and killimg girls. Takagi gets kidnap by them and they trick Nishikata to save her but they knock him out and make it look like he's been the one r@ping and killing the girls so he'd be the one in jail and Takagi had a kid who like 100% the kid of one of the guys that r@ped her.
