5 sizes bigger? Not really, when I look at pages 17-18, their bust sizes are very similar to those in the manga... but yes, on some pages some of the breasts seem to be enlarged (especially Yui's), it's a problem in the art style but I don't mind .

This could have been perfect if the artist didn't turn all the girl's perfect boobs into saggy melons that are 5 sizes bigger than the comics/manga.
