I think I didn't get two things: 1) How did he learn her name since in the first chapter her name is never mentioned, yet since the second volume he starts calling her K-san and K-ko out of nowhere. 2) Was it ever explained why she can't talk when every other spirit in the story can. Her son can talk even though he never even existed, her tentacle mom can talk just fine and MC's grandma even yelled at him to go get a job, yet K-san can't talk.
