IMO, if the author wants to redeem himself, he should make a final chapter where the husband found out about the past of his wife and her affair with his father and then he should take custody of her daughter because of the inability to take care of her because the wife and the father are too focused on their debaucherous relationship, he can ask for a drug test to make a solid case to take her away from her whore of a mother who drugged her and the husband's father raping her. Should be at least 40-60 pages long.

Honestly at this point it's just getting weird like the wife was blackmailed into becoming the dads sex slave cause she used to be a prostitue and didn't want the hubby to know then became sex slave. Then her sis discovers it and confronts them is drugged and raped to become the 2nd sex slave but refuses but then falters to tell the hubby since she doesn't want him to be sad. So she agrees to take the dad's "sex test" since if she passes he will leave. Then were shown the dads past which is used to justify that since his own wife was stolen it's okey for him to steal all the girls around his son since only an alpha male get's the girls and not a nice guy. Like why include a character that is about to blow the wistle and then add in background plot that is there to what make it seem like the dad is the good guy only trying to teach his son a lesson in how to keep a girl?
