@KindDick The best possible outcome to keep their relationship wholesome, would be to have the misunderstanding resolved, and no blackmailing/sex occurs. Since Mami heard Kise and Hori-Sensei having sex, not Suma. But Mami having the hots for Suma has been there the whole series, so I'm kinda hoping the resolution is she can have sex with him if Karin is present, or it being a threesome. We haven't had a threesome in this series yet, and I don't think there was one in Ryoh-zoh's last series, Rarefure either.

So is this the turning point? Mami blackmailing Suma and Amuro into having Suma have sex with her? I can imagine this causing Amuro to be jealous and depressed, making it more likely for her to be taken advantage of by other guys, and with the whole debacle of the Sadako situation, guys assume she is free game.
