I believe her name is "Shia Aquile". Her Guild Card is written in some bizzaro font, and you can see the abbreviations of her stats, as well as other info such as Exp and Lv. Thankfully, her Guild Card is labelled "Guild Card", which helps tons as we can match the letters of those two words with the letters in two, unaccounted for strings of letters. The first one is four letters long, the second is six -of them, the first two letters of the first word and the second letter of the second word are unaccounted for. The second letter of the first word, however, is quite obviously an "H", while the second letter of the second word CAN NOT be an "R", or else it would match the character seen in "Guild Card". This leaves only a capital "Q" to match the general shape of that character, with the square occupying its bottom-right corner being the tail of the capital "Q".
