That would make this novel one of the least sensical novels on the sites. I simply cannot turn off my sense of disbelief enough to think that a story written with worse world-building than a 4-year old toddler is somehow actually made by Shakespeare. Fair for those who just want too look at pretty pictures because they haven't learned how to read yet, but for actual thinking and analyzing people, this novel cannot be anything else than a giant pile of burning hot garbage. Even just a minimum of worldbuilding to make some sense into why people act as if nothing is wrong would be enough to make this at least readable... But eh, I have no more words for this thing.

I cannot read this. It has good art, and nothing too extreme kinkswise, but the simple problem is, that the story is simply way too unbelievably unrealistic. I do not even request good worldbuilding, just something even halfway passable. The simple fact is, that the whole love doll program would have gotten the higher-ups that implemented it shot through the head by their own enforcers less than a day into the program. Humans have a suprising lack of empathy for those they can somewhat justify as others, which has been most apparent by the horrors in the early 20th century. But no-one would support a policy more extreme than slavery against half of their own population. And it is clear that a lot are hit by this program, otherwise simple poor people wouldn't be able to buy any, especially not more than one like some of the characters in the story. Simple fact is that economics dictates something like half of females being converted for it to make any sense at all. Continued ^
