Continuing my last post, the title of this is "The road home of the doll girl", which may explain what the ending actually entails. Also a little detail in P51 is that the boy seem to have met the girl when she was in still in school (top right and top left), so they aren't complete strangers, which may also explain why the boy was desperate to buy the girl in P14-15. another thing to add to my last post is that, the girl actually has a sister (P16 bottom-middle), and one of them selling their limbs would "save" the family, so she stepped up and sacrificed herself, which makes the ending even more bitter sweat because, in my interpertation from the title, the girl now has a new place she belongs to already, and altough her sacrifice wasn't justified in the end, whatever happened to her family are no longer her business.

The girl's father made her sold her limbs for money so that he continue his falling business, and she accepted the devil's deal because she thought it'd save the entire family from money issue. The woman they met at the hospital is a teacher who cuts off one of her student's limbs to raise as sex toy, contrasting the boy embracing the girl's waist at the hospital, and earlier actions where he called the seller in panic when the girl was experiencing phantom pain at night. In the end, the boy and girl passed through a house with a sign "For Sale". Assuming that's the girl's old house, whether his father hit the karma and failed his business and ended up having to sell the house to survive, or the family got so rich that they get to move to a better place, is unknown. How the girl feels about her family and her current life with the boy are up to reader's interpertation.
