@apstorm this series ends at chapter 10 sadly, but the last 2 chapters are very long. Ch. 9 is 40 pages, and Ch. 10 is 60 pages. The raws are up on this site, the numbers 38654, if u wanted to spoil yourself with what’s to come.

Of course, it's also a harem story, so he might just end up in a weird situation where all four girls end up working together on him or something... but I'd rather he just end up with Syurina and manage to keep his step-sister and her new girlfriend as far away from himself as possible. Tohka, Syurina's friend, is a bit of a stickier situation, I figure, but she does seem to be serious about keeping Syurina happy, and if Haiji ends up being integral to that, she'll probably keep from screwing things up once it gets to that point. And, let's be honest, he's probably getting pretty important to her as it is, based on what I'm seeing. If she ends up in an even worse slump for long enough due to him pushing her away at the end of Ch.5, here, Tohka may have to concede about letting her and Haiji associate.

This has been a rather interesting read, to be honest. I really am curious what's going to happen. I mean, there's a clear ideal endgame with him actually ending up with Syurina, but there's all this other bullshit going on, and his own messed up mindset that makes him not know what the hell to actually do with a serious relationship in the first place. I suppose maybe he's got character growth to go through, to the point he stops letting his sister and the first girl that came on to him from tempting him and toying with him... and then there's whatever he needs to do about Syurina's friend so she stops wanting to interfere... and, of course, said growth to the point he actually can approach Syurina seriously, instead of this weird attitude he's had. How many chapters is this going to last, I wonder? This guy's other works go for awhile, from what I can tell. Itaiamai is still going at 18, far as I can tell, and Hinamix has like 16 chapters? I think? Haven't read either, though...
