This was their punishment. The daughter decided that she had enough fresh air for one day. She took one last look at MC, happy with his life, turned around and walked back home. As she unlocked the door to her crappy apartment, she said "I'm home." No answer. Not surprising, Mom never answered. But she must be starving and since the daughter is the one who cooks now, she quickly went to work. After she finished cooking, she went to her mom's room and knocked on the door. No answer as usual. The mother now just stays in her room all day, despondent and not even acknowledging her daughter even she tries to speak to her. Fed up with everything, the daughter decides to go to a nearby park to get some fresh air for a few. On her way, she starts thinking about MC and remembered how after the divorce he started dating the young neighbor next door. To her surprise, she found the subjects of her thoughts across the street. She knew he got two kids with the neighbor, but to her shock she sees that the neighbor has a swollen belly. They now have a third on the way. Looking at MC, she saw that he was smiling brightly, something that he never did when she and her mom were with him. He's been living it up while she and her mom where in a hell of their own making.

I don't mind this. The wife and daughter are nasty people. Dude belongs to a person who truly loves him.

Continuation: 3 years later the mother and daughter suffered a lot in those trying times. They have reconnected with “papa” but their relationship isn’t what it used to before. It can be assumed that their “papa” was cheating with someone else but the mother only has him to rely on and she did not want to go back to 2 years ago where she had prostituted herself(pre-timeskip flashback) to make means.Meanwhile MC is on his 2nd baby with the nice girl. The last page youll see is both families in different sides of the road only that MC’s family is facing forward happily and the mother and daughter is facing backwards with their “papa” with a sad tone END

Sequel made by yours truly: MC goes to the other girl more taking days and weeks of “business” trips. Mother and daughter gets careless and brings “Papa” in MC’s house. MC gets back home finds this papa guy reached breaking point and stabs him. The attack was justified as self defense from the court. “Papa” is in the icu and refuses visitation. Weeks after MC returns to cheating with nice girl and up until now “papa” still has not made contact with mother and daughter. MC starts going out more and barely goes home. Mother and daughter gets neglected and sometimes even starved but MC is a nice guy and still brings food home and stacks the fridge if he has the time. But their just not in his hearts anymore. Mother demands he should spend more time with them and MC just ignores it. Later the daughter heard MC talking to the phone that hes processing the divorce and hopefully gets it soon with a happy tone. Mother and daughter despairs they no longer had anyone to rely on.

I can't tell if it's not his kid, she says "that guy" but that could mean she just doesn't like him, and "papa" is in quotation also so that could mean she likes that guy more and sees him as her dad. Hope he finds happiness with fhe neighbor though, she seems to actually like him
