It's funny how people call things NTR when nobody's actually in a committed relationship. Which is honestly the more frustrating thing about this narrative, to me. Not because I wish this same situation was happening while one of them was, but because I'd like this to lead to a serious relationship by the end, but about all I see that might be even close to serious is Ai and Momo. Tohka is in love with Syurina, Syurina seemed to still be hung up on Haiji, and Haiji's clearly still stuck on Syurina, in turn. Those two getting together is the only hope I have, and without knowing the dialog in the ending, I have no idea if that actually comes to pass.

Story is literally about an MC who gets routinely raped and cucked by his sister. He's just lucky she's nice enough to let him take part in her harem orgy from time to time.
