With all that said, I'm not saying that people shouldn't enjoy this book as is. The art, as always, is top notch. As a standalone work it's perfectly fine. It's when it is bunched with the other books in the series that there is an issue. It's sort of why I mentioned Diisuke could have just done what Mitarashi Kousei does with the Akiko-san to Issho series and call it a reboot.

It's a prequel, but the issue is that it contradicts some of the stuff from the book that chronologically comes after it. It's mostly that this book messes with the reason the protag has a high libido and the reason Eirin agreed to look after him. The first book reveals the high libido was an unforeseen side effect from a new medicine, while this book shows that the protag sabotaged his own treatment because he wanted to get titty fucks and eventually have sex with Eirin. In turn, this means the guy's condition is not Eirin's fault, going against the first book which established that Eirin agreed to do this because she felt responsible for his condition. That's why some people are pointing out continuity issues. Just because this is an ero-doujinshi doesn't mean some of us will magically forget about things like consistency and such.

I think this serves as a backstory to eirin and her hubby.

This has a lot of inconsistencies having to do with part 1 and 2, a lot of boring poses up until the end, and it’s an unnecessary prequel. Still, good art carries it hard, so not too bad.
