Assuming this is a fair play mystery and there isn't some big twist, I deduce the answer is Marina. Here's my case: First, when going over the reasons why the four of them drifted apart, Marina's was never stated like the rest. I feel like there's more story there waiting to be told. Second, out of the three, she is the only one who is never tested during this. One was busy up until the hypnotism and the other was tested thoroughly throughout this. Third, despite being hypnotized and thus supposed to follow commands, Marina broke the command to not orgasm until Umeka returned. She gave an excuse for it, but still, she didn't follow orders.
