I read it on danbooru and the story was that it was sensei birthday and mutsuki went to far trying to "reward" sensei while he was busy so he shouted get the fuck down and that scare mutsuki. 4/10 actual mutsuki wouldn't go that far and would've actually adjust her prank so that she doesn't provoke sensei
