Wait. So MC and FMC are in loved with each other, but MC just take her love for granted until a new guy enters her life. She didn't love new guy, but gave him a chance and accepted his confession and they became lovers, but the new guy is a douche that he intentionally let MC knew about him taking her virginity. From then even though FMC still loves MC she distanced herself to him as she wanted to forget about her love to him. No ntr here as MC is a wimp.
