For the cheese, be sure to use the real-deal imported Parmigiano-Reggiano from Italy. Begin with the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the egg, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and water; whisk well. Add and mix the meat, breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano with your hands. Be sure to wash your hands well after the morning diarrhea to not contaminate the food.
