Faces are not always a good measurement for age in doujins and anime, in general because a lot of artists draw different ages similarly (when it comes to the face) and use other factors to display age like the body, clothing, etc. Mainly because of the lack of detail these faces tend to be drawn with. However in this case I would agree with you since she fetishized herself as a "grade schooler". That being said though, a real life example of this would be Greta Thunberg and a less extreme example is Riley Reid (best seen from a neutral standing pose).
