Although if you think about it, it's clear that that the author never meant it literally. It's impossible for Keita to be Sae's son without Hiro or at the very least Hiro's wife knowing since she had to actually give birth to him. But that translation had people thinking Hiro and Keita were both her children in some random mega-incest plot twist... This translation seems to be leaning towards what the author was implying throughout; that Sae here was in love with her brother Hiro, she likes Keita because he reminds her of him, and she plotted from the very start to have them both to herself in some sort of pseudo wife/mother role. It's similar to his other work where the woman was really after her co-worker's son when she married him

It reads and flows quite better than the previous translation, which was a bit awkward at times. But I must say though, while both translations are correct for the last line, I preferred the deceitful extra spice of ambiguity that was interpreted by the previous translation, going for a more literal "my beloved children" instead of "my darlings". Again, none of them are wrong, it all comes down to how you choose to interpret "私の可愛い子たち".
