@DoujinsRLove, I think the biggest difference (from my personal opinion) is that LOE is actual fucking lolis and Comic LO is going the hebe route. I liked Noise before he started doing loli with tits. Now hebe lovers have their own place and loli lovers we have a new home. Everything balanced as it should be.

So what’s different between LO and LOE? Less artists but more pages per artist? That’s how this volume seems at least. I don’t really get the logic behind this system, but if it leads to higher quality doujins overall idc either. Here’s to a (hopefully) fruitful endeavor!
