Quick explanation of the story since the original Japanese was also confusing which to led to a confusing translation. She wants an amazing body and get's told no because that's not really a "goal" more of an ideal. The boss of the "god" from the first story appears basically threatening her and saying that his subordinate was stupid. And the asteroid thing is saying how he once was like her but is now stuck granting other people's wishes because he wished too much. Then the subordinate appeared talking about running an errand and that his boss was screwing with her. She can't keep "her" body "and" bring back Akari so she does the next best thing.

It’s a bit confusing… the pacing, feels like I’m missing panels and pages. In a single panel, Etoile seemingly transforms from a star to a copy of Tsuki and gets fucked immediately skipping the transformation and the lead up to the jump. Even the first chapter was confusing, ending with “it wouldn’t be long until Akari was born” when there is no Akari but there is an Akira; whole story is confusing…
