And Tankobon version on end of July so, but honestly it is too short, I mean Tubeross cage got 27 chapters, and 48 new pages in tankobon? While Mizukagami no Magnolia had only 14 chapters and I heard only had around 20 new pages. I personally like this one tho, not say Tubeross cage bad or anything, but this one had more potential, about Marie story, and Fumino torment is kinda little bit fast in chapter 5 and 6 throught 7?, then in chapter 8 she sented back home. Well in chapter 10 and 11 is the peak tho, that mental breakdown is really well drawn. But honestly Tubeross cage is overrated since its more popular. Anyway thats all my opinion about Mizukagami no Magnolia.

Such a masterpiece story, for me. This ain't no NTR, its rape,cockhold, mind break shit man, I mean unlike his previous work. Fumino is such lovely and perfect wife and mother, she also shown resistence towards the villain, but yeah she face the most devastated tragic end unlike author previous work. I mean brainwash, raped everyday, night training, toyed and fucked in the outdoors and makes her tired of it, humiliate in front of her son and husband, get immortalize throught painting, every escape road of her is cut down by the villain. And the villain she face is Tenharu, her worst nightmare, rich, owned mansion and 10 km private lands, muscular body, strenght and endurance, and contract that literaly bind Fumino and her family. Well there is some point of I highly not like it, Which is Marie and Sota relationship is really disgusting and unnecessary. It would be better if Marie stay as Mother figure to Sota, and yeah the NTR is about Takumi and Marie anyway.

Hoping to have the tankoubon version someday

Well it's amazing manga but the latest pages didn't have sex. It was just story telling. Also Fumino didn't start making out with the guy in front of his husband, Tenharu should have made her beg for it. Quality really declined. Painting weren't any good either. Nice concept, but mediocre execution.

A bittersweet ending for sure. This was the work that introduced me to Sanbun and NTR in general. Marie gaining her light back was somehow wholesome. I wonder will there be a sequel with Shota. I still think it's a 10/10. This is his finest work for me.

Well, I actually liked that ending, it was kinda deep, it's less mean spirited than most NTR stories for sure.

This really bring me back to age when i was a kid and used to read inuyasha, samurai x and doraemon in rental bookshops, his art style is actually outdated but i guess it bring quite nostalgic charm in it. Its my first time read his work and i could say the story is quite bittersweet i read it thoroughly and I'll say 7/10 as a first time reader

What was I expecting? It's Sanbun Kyoden. The artist has been making the same plot since "Lamuros & The Seven Colors". I don't think any of his plots have not ended in NTR of some kind since "The End of All Worries" (which, arguably, had the same ending as everything else - female MC addicted to sex and sexual acts, and male deuteragonist has to either fuck her, or keep her satisfied with a truly impressive amount of sex toys), and even then, the connecting story is literally the same as the previous one. But, hey, it sells, so why reinvent the wheel?

For this story to end like this, you kinda expect it from Sanbun Kyouden, The story is nothing too spectacular and covers familiar ground as the female protagonist finds herself split between a man she dearly loves and a man her body loves. This is very on brand for Sanbun, he has been making the same doujinshi stories with the same type of ending since 1999. But the small difference here would be a child is involved with a woman that loves him this time around, not much of a difference but it's still something different i guess lmao. Also @TheBLACKDahlia is right, his artstyle hasn't changed in like 25 years lmao.

That was... LONG! Especially for the same exact plot as Sanbun Kyoden has literally always done. For those that don't know, the TL;DR for literally every one of Sanbun Kyoden's works are: Some married couple meets some weird situation where the wife falls head over heels for dick and becomes a sex slave by the end. That's literally 100% of his works. No exception. No alterations to this plot. Literally this one plot that he has monetized for YEARS! It's quite genius, TBH. The art has never improved, the plot is the exact same... just change the title and people just throw money at him!
