I honestly can't believe the predictions were eventually right and Manabu was the one who made a move and put some distance. I skimmed some pages but at least on the goodbye panel with Manabu smiling before Nanami leaves to temporarily stay with her parents, he thanks her for being married to him. While words wise, it's supposed to hint they may get back together and they need some distance temporarily but the most likely scenario is Manabu is letting Nanami go and Nanami about to go after Nozumo after a period of time. Nozumo DID admit though that seeing Nanami again rekindled his feelings back at the restaurant scene in the previous chapter
