@sarutau I'll do a very scuffed summary then. (Page 4-16) Shows the first 3 years of their relationship. Very lovey dovey. (Page 17-19) Half a year later has passed, MC notices GF's fashion has changed, and discovers something on her phone. (Page 20) Quick flashback, most likely during the half year skip. They stopped having dates, and MC rejected GF's date invites because "he's busy at work". (Page 21 onwards) MC tries to lovebomb her again, but is all too late.

From what I can gather from the afterword, I expect this to take the same route as #367709. but that's just my guess.
