Yea the MTL is dogshit, being TL'd from Chinese which by the way, it's already scuffed. On page 3 when she says "Xiao Zhuang" is a Chinese expression/nickname that Japanese don't have but added by Chinese translators to indicate 'little dick' or similar sort; this is a clear example why I don't like reading them from Chinese TL cuz not only are they hard to TL but if you use any kind of translators, they are TL'd mechanically and not contextually, and the meaning of the sentence could possibly be derailed from the original source.
