It is obvious that she is very sorry for what happened with the teacher and how she deceived the MC, but the worst thing is being tricked by your best childhood friend who led her to commit infidelity to end Yuuki and Sakura´s relationship. Yuuki will carry that feeling of guilt with herself forever even if the MC forgives her since she blames herself for not having done anything when she could and this would not have happened. The damage has already been done, the wound is deep, the trusts are broken but the FMC will do everything possible to make the MC forgive her. Her face at the end shows a feeling of shame, guilt, regret, and a lot of pain in her heart for the damage caused to her BF. The final image of the cherry blossom with snow on it may represent some things such as coming of springs symbolises new life... new oportunity to restart and improve their relationship but the cherry petal will wither and in this case that could happen with the love between Sakura and Yuuki.

Good ending? puff..... Basically the damage was already done and no one paid for it, that's not a good ending, it's just bland.
But hey, at least some common sense is appreciated in the end on the part of the couple (the boy for wanting to listen to what she had to say and she for always keeping her guilt in mind even though she is one of the victims).

For RM standards looks like a "happy ending"

@BlueRabbit27 I wouldn't necessarily call it a "good" ending since apparently he doesn't know if he can forgive Yuki, only listen to her reason for doing what she did. Definitely different from his usual NTR stuff, though.
