Though, I personally believe this relationship wasn't fleshed out enough to be impactful here. He has a realization that the relationship between them might be detrimental to himself, his brother, and his happiness. This could be because of the dangerous behavior (the risk of getting arrested for perving on women in a safe place), because his family got involved, or possibly because he feels he'd be happier in a relationship with his brother. His domme feels the same way, and understands the necessity of his departure, and they end their relationship with no hard feelings. I don't feel like a great job was done at showing who was the speaker, but the story only had three legitimate characters, so one might infer that the domme was the out-of-frame speaker, which makes sense in the context of not seeing each other anymore.
