I don't know what you're talking about re: localization; last time I checked, translations from 'official' outlets (Fakku, Irodori, J18, etc.) were and are pretty faithful to the source material, with little if any localization; I'll also point out that doujinshi focusing on an existing series have different licensing issues vs. eromanga published by outlets like Wanimagazine, but that's another conversation for another time (and most of the users here probably don't know the difference).
