Kise is one of the people behind the curtain, and Karin blames him for getting the "white stuff" on her face. But if Kise was getting a blowjob, it would've been brought up when he was trying to steal Karin away a few chapters later. We see everything that Kise does to try and steal her and how reluctant Karin was to his advances, so it's literally impossible for Karin to be giving him a BJ before that plot even begins.
