Like, a harem anime where the girls actively despise the main character is a very interesting take on the genre, and it really brings into question the interplay between pornography and self-loathing, since, y'know, the main character in most harem hentai is intentionally vague and meant to be a POV character that you can kinda self-insert yourself into. And that's pretty dark considering how popular this one is. Especially in this chapter where there is a focus on emotion, and wanting to not be hated, but also wanting to experience the intimacy of emotion. And the nurses really let him have it where they break him down and tell him that he's the problem and that he's the reason that he can't have both. It's tragic, but also understandable. He's pathetic, and I think even he hates himself. But yeah, thank you!

She may be the lazy stone-cold gives no fucks about anything type of character, but based on what i can gather from future chapters and the VN, she may very well be the nurse who suffers the most and worst abuse from the higher-up nurses. This was quite a dialog heavy chapter with it dedicating more to character dynamics and tension building over sex scenes, but the translator did a good job overall covering everypoint that was made in this.
