i see it is whole story, but I kindly ask...why ? It not that creator improve skills in art as there is no anime or manga that would benefit from pure gore aspect - so no future job related. Twisted and seems just pure for personal pleasure (of creator). Hopefully who created that is a nice person and just can do such thing, but is not oriented on them.
