A perfect womb for breading i must say

Looking at how the explosion went, her womb redirected all or almost all of the power of the explosion, her insides may be "fine", but looking at the blood, her womb must have suffered some substantial damage. The grenade appears to be a fragmentation grenade, so its uterus should be embedded with shrapnel and have third degree bruns and therefore some type of deformation from the force of the explosion. In conclusion, Koharu has an excellent womb capable of redirecting grenade explosions like every womb should be.

Question is, how did itt not blast out the entirety of her insides out even though the grenade went straight inside? It is odd and the best way to theorize this is that all organs and inside and outside of the skin are protected by the halo, thus allowing the entirety of the inside organs to be giga scrambled but the outside to be..... mainly unharmed. Or the artist is just lazy and didnt waant to draw intestines and stuff spilling out.

I envy grenade-chan, it would be nice to also blow inside koharu....
