It is revealed Shimizu (fake Kaede) got raped by their literature club and I think she was specifically tricked by MC. It ruined her life and she wasn’t able to continue attending the college? Fake Kaede leaves him on the street with a note saying she’ll be back. MC goes to work and sees girl A. Shimizu grabs her from behind and jumps with girl A. He jumps in to save girl A? I don’t know how. Shimizu I think dies. Oda bleeding from his head while crying. He remembers old Shimizu?

Okay so here's what's up: Oda is a fuckboy who's hung up after seemingly getting dumped by his side chick. Then he's approached by "Kaede", one of his exes, and they go off to her place. Before they leave that one guy in the bar notices something's up because he knows the real Kaede and the real Kaede is shown to be having sex with her current boyfriend who's friends with the guy from the bar. "Kaede" is revealed to be Shimizu, a girl who Oda presumably got drunk and gang raped with his friends, who got plastic surgery to resemble Kaede to get revenge on Oda and his friends. Her last trick after raping him is to kill herself and Oda's side chick. Oda manages to save his side chick while Shimizu/"Kaede" dies. Oda cries because he's overcome with guilt.

He was remembering the past, and it seems as though it was his drinking buddy who said she's ugly, as he reproaches him with "stop it". The only thing I'm really unsure of is if he approached Shimizu with the intent to rape her, or if it was genuine; Hard to know what the tears in tandem with the ending page really mean.
