@ThePlagueMan Alvinophile, here: it's hard to articulate why I - and some other folk - find bellybuttons sexy, but I think it might have to do with the fact that navels are unique to each individual, and generally sensitive; doesn't help that you see a lot a navel exposure IRL and in media, so it shouldn't be too surprising that some people saw a hole on somebody's torso and thought it looked sexy.
