Thank goodness for Bob and that rough translation. Wish more of Akiamare's work was translated. This seems like a weird ass story.

Rough summary 3: Everyone comes and Haru wakes up in the hospital. Misao jokingly asks Haru to quickly get out of the hospital and whatnot, casually revealing that her dick is now MASSIVE. Haru asks her to go easy on him, to which she says "Impossible". Still have no idea what Misao even is. She talked attending school when she was training Haru, but she also has some golden ball hairpiece on her head that seems to respond to touch as well as a golden dickpiece in her mouth. Makes her seem not entirely human, but I didn't read the initial dialogue closely enough. On top of that, it didn't really seem to give an explanation as to why her dick is now the size of M-sama's but oh well, pretty neat story

Rough summary 2: The final dialouge is basically Misao saying that at Haru's pace, they'll be ready within the month. Haru wakes to a slightly demented Misao, ready to ram the statue into his gaping ass. Haru has his apprehensions, but Misao believes he'll be okay before ramming it in. Thus reviving M-sama who is overjoyed to have a giant hole to use. Pleading to M-sama, Haru asks for her to release Misao. As it turns out, Misao was under the thrall of M-sama, and upon release Misao takes massive psychological damage as remembers what she did to Haru and vomits. M-sama pays no mind to Misao's fate and gladly keeps thrusting, saying that she'll whisk Haru off to her land and pound him till the world ends. This causes a distraught Misao to beg her not to steal Haru, at which point M-sama pulls her dick out of Haru and asks if she can even be the current Haru's partner. Having read the literature, Misao goes on the offense and targets M-sama's weak fry pussy as it is her weakness.

Rough summary 1: Haru gets lead by Misao into an underground place, where there is a shrine for Mararuri-sama. Misao starts frotting against the shrine statue. Despite Haru's concerns, this is the proper prayer to get blessings. Misao explains that Mararuri-sama was unable to get it on with her favorite person before death (unclear whose) because her dick was too big. So to placate her sadness, the people of the region offered sacrifices of men who had their asses stretched out. Misao then brings out an offering table where Haru is strapped in. Haru soon realizes that the dungeon is full of men who are similarly getting expanded. All for the revival of M-sama. For the next couple of pages, some basic exposition goes down, Misao frots against Haru with her fully serious dick. Meanwhile, Haru contemplates his choice of responding to Misao's suspicious texts earlier. Haru blacks out for a while (weeks to months) where he can just barely hear Misao giving small updates as he gets trained.
