This artist's work is consistently like this since the last 5 years or so. If you can see their artworks at other sites, you can notice that they always draw the human anatomy very weirdly.

Idk if solely AI created, but he could def be using AI. Pages like 14,15,16 show weird anatomy, stretching and proportions. Some artist do draw weird or plain bad, but this thing sometimes ignores finger numbers, does weird neck shapes or plain fucks up the whole hand. The fucking rose texture of her bra is misleading because AI has trouble with consistency and details. But on page 14 that thing is clearly pasted on top, you can see a part of it not following the shape of the breast. So we know he did that thing, at least?
