I never thought about a pregnancy in the story. Within the 45 days if Kanade was pregnant with Reiji child then she would already know before Asuka walked in on them. I agree with @Strayed kurokawa that if anyone is pregnant it's Asuka with Reiji's child. Although I don't think anyone is pregnant if the date a right since if Asuka was she would take her suitcase with her rather she would go to ask Kanade to give her Reiji. I would find it ironic if somehow Kanade is pregnant with Kosuke's child, him being the one who convinced her not to have a child and go for her dreams. If that happens I think Kosuke will be going to buy some milk. If it's only been 15 or so days peter could have Kanade pregnant with Reijis child and she started to feel sick after Asuka walked in on them and got tested. This could be the plot device that peter uses to have Kanade and Reiji make up. Although I doubt that will happen.

@SxPUPPY If anyone was going to be pregnant, it would be Asuka. Peter goes out of his way to emphasize that Kanade and Kousuke use condoms every time they have sex. This is confirmed in the uncensored version of the manga. The one time he did it unprotected with her was at the hotspring trip in the open air bath. When she was fertile. So if he knocked her up there, that would be truly unfortunate. Now, Asuka and Reiji on the other hand have been raw dogging it since day one. And Reiji always unloads inside her. I hope that Chapter 40 spends a majority of the time showing us what conversation, and not waste time on Shishido and friends agian.

The doubt I have is what happened from when Asuka sees Kanade with Kousuke until Reiji receives the message; I don't think Asuka arrives and Kanade immediately sends the message and while they wait for Reiji to arrive they start watching a seasonal anime, there is a gap there and even more if we add the time it takes Reiji to get home. For those who want pregnancy in the story, imagine that while they are talking one of the girls starts to vomit.

And kanade has not fallen for kosuke or become his plaything. She does love reji deeply. Otherwise why would she be so hurt by what she seen and miss heard reji saying to asuka. I will be kanade and reji in the end. And it's a screw up on Peter's part for the dates. It's only been a few days time in the story. I don't feel one bit sorry for asuka she was part of the problem from the start. So feeling sorry for her isn't happening for me. Personally when Reiji and Asuka meet again in there hometown I sympathize with her a little, but it was the flash-back is where is started slowly rooting for her and Reiji to get together. But after chapter 37 I lost all hope in Kanade ever getting back with Reiji. A don't know what the dialog was that had everyone thinking she still had feelings for Reiji but she was moving on her own for a good part sex scene.

Kanade needs more character development if peter wants this story to be remotely okay. I don't think most people reading this care to much about the sex rather than wanting to know the outcome of the story. Form his other works i looked through some of his works this is the only one I see that has cheating. If peter wants kosuke to win is that kanade leaves reiji for him. If kanade wants to continue the swap it's a bigger lose for kosuke than reiji. Since kanade presumably has romantic feeling for reiji and only sexual feeling for kosuke, if reiji swaps with the other couple the big guy is apparently bet the kosuke in pleasuring women over taking kosuke's rule. I would argue no, because if her love for Reiji was remotely strong enough, she wouldn’t have let Kousuke rape her in front of Reiji at the Hotspring trip (1), she would have went with Reiji to the salon viewing (2) and she would have confronted Reiji and Asuka when she heard Reiji say he loved Asuka (3) instead of running off to her lovers arms. Or like I said before fight happens and Kanade's love for Reiji overcome her whatever keeps making her side with Kosuke.

I think the story takes its self to serious for it to ntr Reiji and give kosuke both Kanade and Asuka. If peter knows how to do foreshadowing good then it it makes sense that Kanade choses to breakup with Reiji stay single and run the beauty salon like her mother. Asuka finally choses to marry the man she likes witch is Reiji. Kosuke as mentioned in the flash back is bad with women so is likely to become a playboy. Who know maybe even have a sex only relationship with Kanade.

Kanade and Soeun are just too similar, and are going through almost the exact same character development. I think he is preparing for something diabolical in Chapter 40 & 41 by giving us more fan service of Kanade x Reiji. I have no confidence that Kanade will make the right decision at their meeting. Every single time it has come to a major decision, Peter has deliberately designed Kanade to intentionally make the wrong decision favoring Kousuke. She decided to stay with Kousuke during the hotspring trip, she decided to swap with Kousuke to “figure out her feelings for Reiji”, and then she decided to go with Kousuke to the salon viewing instead of Reiji.

I believe it will end with both couples staying together no more swapping between them and they come out stronger. Yes it was a very twisted way of doing things. But through out the whole story it's never been brought up or hinted that they intended to cause the others to split up. Kosuke is 100% Peter's pet but looking at the whole story I believe his main goal is to have asuka be his and only his as he said in 36. Things got really screwed up after reji and kanade agreed to stop the swapping then kanade misunderstood what she heard reji say to asuka. If as many people say kanade doesn't love reji then why did her hearing that hurt her so much? It's because she does deeply love reji but things got messed up and then kosuke been the pos he is took advantage of the situation again. Kanade was never kosuke true goal it was to get asuka to love him back. She was married to him but she never fully gave herself to him. The swapping is fucked up but the intention was good but still fuced up

This reminds me of the manhwa "everything is agreed", they are similar married couples who exchange on their vacations and feel satisfied, the story is similar in some points, but I think this manga will have the same ending as the manhwa.
