Some people's definitions of what constitute NTR is getting utterly ridiculous. If a guy loses his crush to another guy it's NTR for some reason. Does that mean that manga like Quintessential Quintuplets is NTR because 4 of the 5 girls lost the guy they like to their sister? Heck, something like White Album 2 could be considered NTR since one of the main elements of the story is the guy betraying the girl who loves him with another girl. Why there's a cheating tag and a Netorare tag on this site is beyond me even though the two are pretty much the same thing. To Thatguyoverther3, in contrast to your definition, I will use a more basic definition. NTR is simply cheating. Whether their partner knows or not, it's NTR.

To the two comments below me, ntr IS cheating. Like, look it up. That is pretty much the definition that you get from Google. At its core, NTR is simply adultery, cheating, infidelity, whatever you want to call it that is similar to the words I just mentioned. I find it mind boggling that some people try to turn NTR into something deeper. Like yeah, some NTRs have a humiliation angle to it and others have an emotional side to it without showing that much sex. Bottom line, NTR at its most basic form is simply cheating. Take #483977 for example. Some people, for some ridiculous reason, won't consider it NTR because the woman wasn't raped, or mind broken or because the husband hardly appeared but guess what, it's NTR no matter how you slice it. And then there are those who would claim something like #333496 to be NTR (it's even tagged as one) nevermind the fact that the girls that are supposedly ntring the MC are in a relationship with the other two men already.

I will never consider it NTR if the partner never knows that they've been fucking someone else. That's just cheating.

This is the kind of work that I can't really understand the NTR part. She could still be married without even showing the husband. Just a married lady that blew off some steam. Do the NTR fans blow their load on the last scene when she is eating with her husband?
